Rates are based on the week of Saturday to Saturday,
check-in time is 4pm the first Saturday, check-out time is 9am the following Saturday.
RATES ARE SUBJECT TO 6.5% MINNESOTA SALES TAX.
Daily rates are available.

ALL OF THE CABINS HAVE BEEN REMODELED WITH NEW KITCHENS AND CARPETING, THEY ALL HAVE COLOR SATELLITE TELEVISIONS WITH DECKS, TUB/SHOWER COMBINATIONS, AUTO DRIP COFFEE MAKER, FIRE PITS, PICNIC TABLES & WEBER STYLE GRILLS.
We have a 20 X 40 heated swimming pool for our guests enjoyment. There is also a sandy beach, 2 paddleboats, 4 funyaks, & a canoe that is free for guest use. We also have a gameroom with pool table, pinball, & video games, a playground area, volley ball area, and basketball.
We also sell live bait in the game room/office, and premium unleaded gasoline at the gas dock
The following is NOT included in the cabin rate:
Additional person is $100.00 per week or $20.00 per day.
Motor rental is $100.00 per week or $20.00 per day.
16 foot boat with lights is $100.00 per week.
Depth finder is $30.00 per week or $6.00 per day.
Life jackets are $4.00 per week.
Daytime guests are $10.00 per day, You MUST register All Guests at the office!
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
A deposit is required by January 1st. Reservations made after January 1st are held for 7 days awaiting the deposit. If your deposit is not received by this time, the cabin will be listed as available.
Cabins 1, 2, 6, 7, 9, & 10 = $500.00 deposit.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A credit card number is required at time of check-in and will be retained by Home Bay Resort until your cabin has been cleaned. If any damages are incurred to your cabin during your stay, your credit card will be charged.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your reservation, notify us immediately. If we can secure another rental for the same period & cabin, we will refund your deposit minus a $50.00 rebooking fee.
